As your birth poster is unique and only made by and for you, we do not offer any returns. The exeptions are listed below. NOTE: You must always contact us before returning any product. Follow these simple steps:
1. Contact us at contact@lovelybabyprint.com with your issue. Please provide details as your full name, order number, and the receipt for your transaction.
2. We will get back to you with the details regarding your issue and/or refund (We strive to get back to you within 24 hours) Be sure to check your spam filter.
Complaints regarding damaged good should be made to us within 3 days from when you received the item. We of course replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at contact@lovelybabyprint.com and we’ll get back to you ASAP with details of how to proceed.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@lovelybabyprint.com.
